Harnessing AI Magic: Content Creation for Generators and Manifesting Generators

For Generators and Manifesting Generators, our aligned strategy is to respond to external cues, letting our Sacral Center tell us “this is it” and giving us the go-ahead to jump in. But when you create for a living and you’re running low on those external cues, how do you keep moving forward?

The Sacral Center

In Human Design, the "to respond" strategy is all about tuning into life's natural flow, especially for Generators and Manifesting Generators. Instead of forcing things to happen, this strategy encourages you to wait for external prompts or opportunities to come your way. The magic lies in the Sacral Center, your body's powerhouse of gut feelings and life force energy.

When you encounter an external prompt, your Sacral Center gives you a clear, instinctive response – like a "yes" or "no" feeling. This response is your body's way of telling you whether something aligns with your path. By listening to these natural, gut-level signals, we can make decisions that feel right and help us move in alignment with our strategy.

Responding Requires Prompting

Yet sometimes, we feel like we have to initiate, there’s a deadline or an urgency to do something and we don’t see any prompts around us. We have something to write or a plan to make and we’re staring at a blank page with no idea where to start. Sometimes we don’t know where to look for inspiration, and scrolling social media endlessly isn’t always helpful.

Recently, I realized that I could use AI to provide me with endless prompts specific to my project, that I can respond to and move forward with, just as I’m designed to do. I’m admittedly kind of an AI newbie, so if you’re still figuring it out or if the whole thing kinda freaks you out, don’t worry, this is easy stuff.

Creating Your Own Prompts

So you’re trying to create content, for yourself or a client, and don’t know where to start. Maybe you have a direction and aren’t sure how to make it into something you can share online. Whether it’s topics, captions, outlines, even titles for blogs or names of products/services, you can use ChatGPT to give yourself options.

For the prompts, I’ve given some examples at the bottom of this post. The important thing is to add context, and keep in mind that you can keep tweaking as you go. Rather than just asking "Come up with 5 podcast episode topics," you want to say “Come up with 5 podcast episode topics for my podcast, The Twelfth House, where we explore the connection between the practical and metaphysical aspects of well-being.” (using my favorite podcast as an example). You can also change the number if you want more options, but 5-10 is usually enough for me.

Now take a look at all the suggestions ChatGPT gives you. Listen to your gut and let it tell you whether each suggestion is a “yes” or a “no.” A lot of the time, I get yes to parts of different suggestions and end up fusing them together. You can also ask ChatGPT to change the wording of something, especially if you’re using it to create captions or summaries. Just respond to the content prompt with “My brand voice is ____, reword this to fit that voice,” and it will!

Remember that your gut knows best, and if all the suggestions are “no” then that’s okay! Try tweaking the prompt a little or just asking for more options. “No” is still a response, and still pushes you in a direction, helping you get closer to your “yes.”
